ABM Dough Setting

 

The "dough" setting allows you to be adventurous and create a variety of breads including pizza dough, rolls, pretzels, croissants, bagels, and doughnuts to name a few.  Below is the recipe for the pizza dough in the picture.

Pizza Dough

3/4 C flat beer

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

2 1/2 C white flour

2 1/4 tsp yeast

 

Place all ingredients in the bread maker in the order listed.  Select the "dough" cycle.  When complete, remove dough from bread machine pan and form into a pizza crust.  Let dough rest for 20 minutes.  Brush lightly with olive oil.  Top with your favorite ingredients and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.


 

 

Dinner Rolls

A family favorite and easy to make!

1 C water

2 tbsp butter

1 egg

3 1/4 C white flour

1/4 C sugar

1 tsp salt

3 tsp yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine in order listed.  Select dough setting.  After complete remove dough from pan and let rest on floured surface for 15 minutes.  Apply non-stick coating to a 9" x 9" pan.  Divide dough into nine pieces and shape into balls.  Place in cooking pan.  Cover and let rise in slightly warm area for 40 minutes.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Brush tops with butter.


Cinnamon Rolls

You can't get enough of these!

1 C milk

1 egg

1/4 C butter

3/4 tsp salt

3/13 C white flour

3 tbsp sugar

2 tsp yeast

Place ingredients in bread machine in order listed.  When the dough cycle is complete remove from pan, and let rest on floured surface for ten minutes.  Roll into a large rectangle.  Make a filling of 1/4 C sugar, 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp softened butter. Spread over the top of the dough.  Roll the dough from the long end like a jelly roll.  Cut into ten equal slices.  Place on baking sheet with non-stick coating previously applied.  Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
